This information is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments (Privacy Code), as well as the Guidelines of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, relating to the processing of personal data of users who consult the site www.studiolegalemoscati.it (hereinafter "Site"). The information is provided exclusively for this Site and not for other websites that may be consulted via external links.

3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
a) provision of the requested legal services and management of contractual relationships (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR);
b) fulfillment of legal or regulatory obligations (art. 6, par. 1, lett. c GDPR);
c) protection of a right in court (art. 6, par. 1, letter f GDPR);
d) management of requests forwarded via the contact form;
e) sending informative and promotional communications (subject to consent, art. 6, par. 1, letter a GDPR).

4. Methods of processing

The data processing is carried out using electronic and paper-based tools, adopting technical and organizational measures suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data, in compliance with art. 32 of the GDPR.

5. Data retention

The data is stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected and in any case:
  • 10 years for legal, administrative and accounting purposes;
  • until consent is revoked for marketing purposes (where applicable).

6. Data recipients

Personal data may be communicated to:

  • collaborators and employees of the Data Controller, duly authorised;
  • external parties providing technical and management services (e.g. IT service providers and hosting such as Ionos/1&1 Internet SE);
